Items are only replaced if they are faulty or broken. Please get in touch with us to swap out an item for the same product.
Upon receiving your shipment, we recommend that you:
- Inspect the contents carefully for any physical defects or shipping damage.
- Verify that you received the correct items.
- Any damaged merchandise must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.
Please note that there may be slight variations between the web mockup and the actual product. Refer to the product description and size guidelines on our website before placing your order.
Packaging Your Return
- Returned items must be received within 15 days in their original condition. We will not accept used, worn, or cleaned items.
- Include your invoice or a note with your name, address, and order ID# with your return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days of your refund being processed, if it is accepted.
Please Note:
We do not accept returns for used items or size issues. Carefully select your size before ordering; if the size you chose does not fit, we recommend placing a new order.
Customers are responsible for return postage. Customs duties, import taxes, and original shipping costs are not refundable.
